Privacy Policy

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “RODO”), we inform you that:

3) Your personal data will be processed for:

b) performance of the contract (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA);

c) b) billing of services and fulfillment of accounting obligations, based on the obligation under Article 74 (2) (4) of the Accounting Act (basis of Article 6 (1) (c) of the RODO);

d) to offer you products and services directly (direct marketing) and to send you commercial information, that is, on the basis of our legitimate interest in promoting services and products (the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO);

4) Your personal data may be made available to entities and authorities authorized to process such data by law. Your personal data may be transferred to entities that process personal data on behalf of the administrators, including IT service providers, accounting firms, maintenance service providers, with such entities processing data on the basis of a contract with the administrators and only in accordance with the administrators' instructions.

5) Your personal data will be stored for a period of time:

a) resulting from the contract, will be kept for the duration of the contract, and then for 5 years from the next fiscal year;

6) In accordance with the RODO, you have the right to:

a) access to your personal data;

b) the right to rectify your data;

c) the right to erase your data or restrict its processing;

d) the right to object to the processing of your data;

e) the right to data portability;

f) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7) Your provision of personal data is voluntary, but at the same time necessary for the conclusion and execution of the contract with VP System Ltd.

8) Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area / to an international organization.

9) The personal data you provide will not be used for automated decision-making or profiling.
